2024 NTLTC Convention Hotel – Important information and Changes:

Hotel Room Availability in 2024

Currently, the only hotel contract for 2024 is with the Hilton Anatole. NTLTC does not anticipate having the ability to sign additional contracts for sleeping rooms. Because of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament on the same weekend, hotels in the surrounding area have not offered reasonable contract prices for our churches.

Our expectation is that the Hilton Anatole will sell out of rooms with groups that qualify as two-night stays. If you plan to only stay one night, we strongly encourage you to pursue your own reservations at other hotels.

Dates for hotel reservations in 2024:
- January 25, 2024 reservations of suites begin
- February 1, 2024 reservations of two-night sleeping rooms begin
- February 5, 2024 reservations of one-night sleeping rooms begin (if available)

All reservations for the Hilton Anatole are made through the NTLTC Office.

Changes in the way hotel reservations will be processed for the 2024 NTLTC Convention.

  • Two-Night Reservations - Starting in 2024, a group making two-night reservations must have two-thirds (66.67%) of their rooms as two-night rooms to qualify them to make two-night reservations.

Example: If reserving 12 rooms, 9 rooms will need to be for two or more nights, and three rooms could be for 1 night.

We expect groups will continue to reserve rooms in an ethical manner and make the reservations they intend to keep. Making  reservations with the intent to drop room nights later so that you meet the two-thirds requirement is not in keeping with this expectation. We monitor this behavior through the hotel and take appropriate action with anyone not upholding
this standard of Christian behavior.

  • Submission of Reservations – Reservations will be submitted by a completed Reservation Request Form. A link to the form will be made available by mid-January. The form will become active at 7 am central time on the start day for any hotel reservations.
(In the past this submission was done on the registration portal. However, that system is no longer providing an adequate process.)
  • Processing of Reservation Request Forms – Forms will be processed in the order they are received. If your reservation is able to be completed as requested, you will receive a follow-up email confirming your reservation. If your reservation cannot be filled as requested, you will be contacted by text. Note that when reservations open, we will be processing all requests manually. Because of the number of reservations, your email confirming your reservation will not arrive immediately.

The Role of the NTLTC Office in Hotel Reservations

The NTLTC Office functions as a collector of reservations for the hotels in which NTLTC has a contract. After reservations are collected, we submit your information to the hotel. We have no access to the placement of your group in the hotel or any information regarding specific hotel rooms.

It is important to receive complete hotel information to meet the deadlines placed on us by the hotels.

Hotel information includes:
- Number of rooms by type and nights
- Complete Rooming list
- Hotel Tax Exemption Form
- Payment

Your reservation cannot be submitted to the hotel until all items are completed. Failure to submit items risks loss of your rooms.
