2025 NTLTC Vendor Instructions and Guidelines

Fees, Tables, Wifi, and Parking

  1. Non-profit vendors are provided a 6-8’ table/space for display for $50. Additional tables/space can be secured at $100.00 each per 6-8’ table/space.
  2. For-profit vendors are provided a 6-8’ table/space for display at $100.00 per table.
  3. There are limited spots with electricity available. Requests for these locations must be made ahead of time on the Vendor form.
  4. There is no event wifi code. Please make necessary arrangements if you require internet access.
  5. Parking passes are not included and are the vendor's responsibility. 
  6. Remit fees to the NTLTC Office at the address listed below.

Guidelines

  1. Vendor area available only on Friday and Saturday of the convention. 
  2. On the Friday of the convention, vendors set up between 11 am and 1 pm. All vendors must be set up by 1:00 pm Friday.
  3. No individual/group is allowed to sell food or beverages.
  4. Take down of booths occurs on Saturday no later than 8pm.
  5. The location of tables/displays is at discretion NTLTC Vendor Coordinator.
