2024 NTLTC Vendor Instructions and Guidelines

Tables and Fees
- Non-profit vendors are provided a 6-8’ table/space for display. Additional tables/space can be secured at $50.00 each per 6-8’ table/space.
- For-profit vendors are provided a 6-8’ table/space for display at $50.00 per table.
- Remit fees to the NTLTC Office at the address listed above.
Guidelines
- Vendor area available only on Friday and Saturday of the convention.
- On the Friday of the convention, vendors set up between 11 am and 1 pm. All vendors must be set up by 1:00 pm Friday.
- Vendors who are at more than one site must be set up at each location by 1:00 pm Friday.
- No individual/group is allowed to sell food/beverage at any convention site.
- Take down of booths occurs on Saturday no later than 8pm.
- The location of tables/displays is at discretion NTLTC Vendor Coordinator.
