2025 NTLTC Vendor Instructions and Guidelines

Fees, Tables, Wifi, and Parking
- Non-profit vendors are provided a 6-8’ table/space for display for $50. Additional tables/space can be secured at $100.00 each per 6-8’ table/space.
- For-profit vendors are provided a 6-8’ table/space for display at $100.00 per table.
- There are limited spots with electricity available. Requests for these locations must be made ahead of time on the Vendor form.
- There is no event wifi code. Please make necessary arrangements if you require internet access.
- Parking passes are not included and are the vendor's responsibility.
- Remit fees to the NTLTC Office at the address listed below.
Guidelines
- Vendor area available only on Friday and Saturday of the convention.
- On the Friday of the convention, vendors set up between 11 am and 1 pm. All vendors must be set up by 1:00 pm Friday.
- No individual/group is allowed to sell food or beverages.
- Take down of booths occurs on Saturday no later than 8pm.
- The location of tables/displays is at discretion NTLTC Vendor Coordinator.
