Submitting Events

Instructions for Students submitting events. 

Instructions for Church Coordinator (Church Coordinators submit events through the registration portal)

You will need a Login ID that you can obtain from your Church Coordinator.

PLEASE NOTE...

Event videos are to submitted as a YouTube link rather than an upload of a file.

Essay, Fiction, Poetry and Songwriting are to be submitted as a PDF or DOC file, not as a Google Doc.

PowerPoint is to be submitted as a PowerPoint file.

Modifications for Virtual Convention Events Submitted on the Registration Portal

  • Room entry and exit times are not applicable.
  • Art: Must be a single photo or video shot as one continuous take. Size restrictions are not applicable.
  • Bible Reading, Signing for the Deaf, Song Leading and Speech: Video must be one continuous take. Participants should treat the camera as the audience.
  • Chorus, Drama and Puppets may have multiple shots, takes, and angles. Drama stage restrictions are not applicable.
  • Signing for the Deaf: Levels 2-3 – Church Coordinator will pick selection. Levels 4-5 – Coordinated with Church Coordinator and Event Coordinator.
  • Song Leading Level 2: Church Coordinator will pick selection.
